I’ll Say it Again, They have No Idea How Close they Came

What can I say about the Bob Mueller press conference on May 29th, 2019 which hasn’t already been discussed over the last 24 hours other than didn’t I tell you all this very long ago? Mueller essentially confirmed everything people like me have said about him, and the FBI that he used to work for, and was brought back in to be a special prosecutor for his fired friend James Comey. There message from the first day of their two-year investigation to the present, after many millions of dollars were wasted was that you don’t fire people in Washington D.C. You don’t question them. And when they ask for money, you better give it. If you don’t completely support them as an unelected kingdom along the Potomac, then they will come after you and destroy you. Even if you manage to get elected into the White House, the message was quite clear at Mueller’s press conference. If you challenge the system, you will be destroyed one way or the other.

I didn’t feel comfortable telling CNN even six months into the Trump administration that the FBI was dirty. I alluded to it, but I didn’t feel it was appropriate to make such a statement. It was certainly my feeling and I explored that concept on these pages as a distinct possibility. But as the evidence came in and we watched the “witch hunt” against Trump and his supporters I couldn’t help but think back to the IRS story from 2010 to 2012 where the targeting of conservative groups through that tax collection agency was being exposed and nobody in Washington wanted to deal with it. Not Republicans or Democrats of any stature. Some newcomers to Congress said some things and there were a few cosmetic hearings, but nothing of any substance emerged. The word was out that Washington D.C. Beltway culture was headed toward socialism and a power base that benefited only the elite government holders who were confiscating our wealth in the United States only to use it against us to substantiate their growing power. And many of us realized that we had to stop it.

I was in many meetings, and I’m not at all reluctant to discuss it, where we strategized what needed to be done. After all, we have a constitutional obligation that if our government gets away from us that we as a society must bring it back to order. Should we take up arms against our government or should we try one last time to elect someone who could manage this mess under the current laws of our nation. Being among the best that our nation has to offer, of course we picked the most legal and less bloody option. So we put our hope behind President Trump to bring business management and his self-financing to the job in the White House with the expectation that people like Bob Mueller and James Comey would lose their jobs and status and to reclaim the Beltway for the people it is supposed to represent. But for the CNNs and the MSNBCs, or their parent company NBC, Disney, even Fox, any of the corporate media that is turning toward a global socialism that makes it easier for the political class to control—a resistance to their tyranny of more centralization when more individual independence was desired was going to happen whether or not there was a Donald Trump in the Executive Branch. I say again, they are very lucky that Donald Trump won in 2016 because things were not looking good for their side prior to that.

And the other side obviously knows it. You could see it on Mueller’s face as he gave his press conference. It was that same old dual narrative that was designed specifically for stupid people too busy with their lives to pay close attention to anything, where Mueller and his troops of suit wearing insurgents spoke one way about law and order while out of the other side of their mouths used the law as a weapon against their political opponents. Mueller practically begged congress to move to impeach the president and I couldn’t help but ask myself, “did they know what they were really asking?” I say no because they take it for granted that people won’t use the law against them the way they have us. They expected us to just take them at their word and go back to sleep leaving them as an elite class to rule us all through bureaucracy and red tape.

Personally, I think the worst of all this has past us. I think the Bob Muellers of the world have lost and that President Trump will ride his way to a great re-election. That doesn’t mean we can’t stop fighting for him to be in office, but if we can manage to keep him elected, then much of this work toward impeachment and the last gasp of the swamp to stay in power will be for nothing. The timing of this press conference by Mueller is largely to take away the pressure of the coming investigation into many of his own people by William Barr as the new Attorney General. Mueller needed to coddle a bit because the Barr investigation into the origin of the Russian hoax that was started with the illegally prepared FISA warrants, funded by the Democrat Party was all part of the game that Comey, and Mueller were quite well aware of from the beginning, and it will come out what role they played in everything. So much of his agreement with the way Barr handled the Mueller Report is some well-played boot licking in hopes that the boots of William Barr don’t crush Mueller out of existence.

Over the next two years we’re going to find that we were all correct to trust our Constitution and to go the way of a presidential election instead of armed insurgence. Of course, we should not let down our guard, but we have to understand that we have the high ground. These beltway types are but ghosts of the past already. Even as they stand before us and speak, they are as dead as a corpse from ancient Egypt. And as lifeless as one of their mummies. There way of life is coming to an end, the only ones who don’t see it is themselves, because they refuse to let go of the power that sustains them, financed off all our backs as taxpayers. Once they are cut off from that endless well, they will lose everything they have built toward a more progressive global nation. The trend which Trump has been riding, and helping to shape of more nationalism and populism for every country is spreading across the world as people are watching and learning how to stand up to their own tyrants. That trajectory goes well past the powers that have been toward much more self-government than the world has ever seen. Even China is on the chopping block these days which is a far cry from how things were even two years ago. Rather than wanting to punch the face of Bob Mueller while he spoke, I could only think of the ghost that he really was, and the calls from the grave to restore his people to power. But other than a few other ghosts in congress, those cries for help went on deaf ears knowing in the back of their minds that the choice before the beltway is much less violent than the one that happens if President Trump is impeached. Either way, they lose, and lose badly.
